Since all IJA products are personalized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-made, making it impossible for us to resell. However, if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or production fault, we’re happy to make things right. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll work with you to find a solution
